After the release of 2017’s edition of New Year Riddim by Ghana’s unbeatable record producer Mix Masta Garzy, Dj Quest Gh as the official host of 2016 and this year’s edition is set to lock the airwaves of Global Fm in the Ho Municipality today the 18th of March 2017 to do a review of the Riddim. He is doing this with the aim of creating the awareness too.
He is doing this with the aim of creating the awareness to artistes about the opportunities that awaits them as they ride on famous producers instrumentals cum riddims. As at last year June 18th 2016, DJ Quest Gh was on Kuul Fm also in Ho and showcase the face of the 2016 edition of the riddim with Bright Ellis who was then a presenter at Kuul Fm. Today, Quest is set to meet Ellis again on his new station Global Fm 105.1 to have an official review of the riddim and educate the public most importantly the artistes in the region to take advantage of some season opportunities from this reputable sound engineers. Mix Masta Garzy is known to be one of Ghana’s beat intellectuals thus, the fact remains that any artiste who might find himself working with this genius in one way or the other is a lucky one. Thus, Dj Quest entreats all artistes to lay their vocals on this riddim before the massive promo hits the few who will go hard on it.
Some hardworking acts like Stino, Mawunya, Katanka, Nuru and more have done theirs. More are yet to come due to the huge number of cover arts sent to us so far. The official graphic designer for the riddim’s cover art is Breda Osagyefo of Hbz Graffix located in Tema. Masta Garzy, the mastermind behind the Riddim leaves to Europe for his 2017 Tour come April. Bright Ellis and Dj Quest Gh will be live today from 4 to 6pm delving deep on so many topics relating to the riddim, showcasing the artistes already on the riddim and the brand as a whole.
